Refund Policy

Skip to Sales offers a conditional refund guarantee on the Upfront Investment only.
The Success Fee is never refundable once earned.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the participant must satisfy all of the following requirements:
A. Program Participation
The participant must:
- Remain enrolled in the Program for at least ninety (90) consecutive days
- Complete all required onboarding steps
- Complete all required training modules assigned by Company
- Maintain active participation in the Program and community
B. Professional Materials
The participant must:
- Maintain a completed and optimized resume
- Maintain a completed and optimized LinkedIn profile
- Implement all reasonable recommendations provided by Company regarding job-search materials
C. Implementation Requirements
The participant must actively implement the Program.
This includes:
- Following the outreach systems taught within the Program
- Completing assigned action items
- Maintaining activity tracking records if requested
- Providing evidence of implementation upon Company request
D. Communication Requirements
The participant must:
- Respond to reasonable requests from Company
- Attend scheduled coaching sessions when reasonably available or review provided recordings
- Maintain communication regarding progress and implementation
2. Ineligible Participants
A participant is not eligible for a refund if they:
- Accept a Qualifying Role
- Begin employment in a Qualifying Role
- Receive and accept an offer for a Qualifying Role
- Fail to complete required Program activities
- Fail to implement Program recommendations
- Fail to provide requested documentation demonstrating participation
- Share Program materials
- Violate Company policies
- Are removed from the Program for misconduct
3. Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to eytan@skiptosales.com within fourteen (14) days following completion of the ninety (90) day participation period.
Company may request documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period following verification.
4. Scope of Guarantee
This guarantee applies only to the Upfront Investment paid under the participant's signed agreement.
The guarantee does not apply to any Success Fee obligation that has been earned under a signed agreement.
5. Company's Determination
Company reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on the participant's documented compliance with this Policy and the Program requirements.
